Please note that these time frames are estimates and not guarantees. While many orders do arrive within the estimated window, external factors (such as postal service delays, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues) can sometimes slow down delivery. We will provide a tracking number by email for your shipment whenever possible, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders (including to the US and EU if shipped from abroad) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country’s authorities. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any such additional charges for customs clearance and import.
