At ForHerHim.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and unopened
- The item is in its original packaging and condition
- You have proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, etc.)
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics, supplements, or personal care products, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please email support@forherhim.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if damaged or incorrect product)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email:
- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a partial refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your product (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@forherhim.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund promptly at no extra cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used health and beauty products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Gift cards or promotional items
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your card issuer — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@forherhim.com
